Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Registration fees:

• $155.00 per player with cart (must be in groups of two)
  •  Lunch and dinner
  • On-course games and contest
    **New this year, contest for Best Dressed team**
  • Registration gift 

Registrations may be made online using this form and payment made with a credit card.  Full payment of registration fees is required to guarantee a spot in the tournament. 

Registration can be done for up to four players on one submission.
