Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Registration fee $140.00/player

Registrations may be made online using this form and payment made with a credit card.  Full payment of registration fees is required to guarantee a spot in the tournament.  Meal choices are included in the registration process. 

Registration can be done for up to four players on one submission.

If you are a member of the Cedarhurst Golf Club you MUST register each player as a separate submission.
