Entrance permit fee payment form

This form is to be used to pay the fees associated with your entrance permit application.  If you have submitted your application to the works department and you have been given an amount for your entrance permit fee, payment can be made using this form. The Township of Brock allows payments up to $5,000.00 using this method.  Anything over this amount must be paid with cash, cheque or debit at the Municipal Office.
