Township of Brock Parking Permits

Overnight parking is not permitted in any Township of Brock parking lot without permission or a valid parking permit.

Annual, Seasonal, Monthly and Overnight parking permits are available for purchase for the following municipal parking lots:

• Lot B – Beaverton Fairgrounds
• Lot C – Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre (Beaverton)
• Sunderland Memorial Arena (Currently this reads Sunderland Memorial Community Centre but should read Sunderland Memorial Arena)
• Sunderland Medical Centre

Seasonal parking permits are valid from April 1st to October 31st.

All parking permits are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Annual parking permit: $180.80 includes HST

Seasonal parking permit: $103.96 includes HST

Monthly parking permit: $20.34 including HST

Overnight parking permit: $15.82 including HST

****No refunds will be issued for permits purchased. Please note there is a $50 admin fee for a transfer of the permit to another licence. 

Terms and Conditions:

All parking permits will be issued on a first come, first serve basis and will only be issued to the licence plate on the application. All parking permits are only valid for operational vehicles. Any vehicle parked beyond their permitted time will be towed at the owner's expense.  

The Township does not provide printed display permits. Should you wish to have proof of purchase, please print off the completed application form and confirmation email. 

The Township of Brock has the right to reallocate the location for parking due to pre-authorized events. Should this occur, the Township will notify the permit holder of the reassigned parking location for the duration of the event. All parking lot spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.
